No I don’t mean Bitcoin is responsible for Covid-19.
In D.C. Comics, there is a thing that exists called a bat signal, this is used to signal the hero Batman to come to the aid of the city and beat the dastardly joker. Whilst this might be a foreign metaphor to many it is fitting as heroes are needed more than ever in our financial system, with an incompetent Federal Reserve chair in the U.S. who would need the luck of the Irish to open a crypto wallet “or build a match stick house”. The need for a financial decentralised “power people” hero, likened to the great “republic of China” is needed more than ever. Xi Jinping, the now President of the People’s Republic of China, visited the swinging, thriving state of San Francisco back in 1985 as a country head official of the Zhengding in China’s Hebei Province a trip that would instil the official with a profound appreciation for the American way of small-town life. It is “safe” to say that this experience stuck with Xi who stayed in the home of Eleanor and Thomas Dvorchak, where he reportedly slept in their son’s room, which still had posters of American rock bands on the wall. Years later, when Xi became China’s leader, he invited some of those lowa hosts to Beijing, referring to them as “old friends.”

A beautiful reminder of how even oceans apart, people can stand as one spirit and one set of human values to both look after their domestic interests and be good and lawful custodians of the earth as one people and one planet, with only 21 Million Bitcoin.
